Service Description
This service consists of transforming your natural hair into locs then utilizing our methods to connect your hair to the loc extension to achieve a permanent loc. Our technique is a mixture of the wrapping and crotchet method. Each client receives a custom installation based off of the individual's hair texture. (Consultation is required prior to booking service. In the event of clients booking prior to consultation, the appointment will be cancelled until a consultation is completed.) HAIR IS NOT INCLUDED. It is highly recommended that the individual purchase 100% human hair locs to achieve the most realistic textures. - Price varies according to length & size. - This style is advertised as permanent locs however can be combed out in the future. - This style can be done on natural or relaxed hair. Please notify stylist if your hair has been colored recently. Please come with hair shampooed & dried prior to service, or add wash to services when booking. * Retwist is a separate service that is not included. Please add to booking if desired.*
Cancellation Policy
Please be aware online deposits are nonrefundable and are added towards your service. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us 24 hours in advance to your appointment. Please be advised, failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance will result in a fee of the cost of 25% of your service. Failure to pay 25% of the cost of your service will result in no future bookings. No shows will result in no future bookings. (Late Policy) If you are running late, there is a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, you agree to pay a $30 late fee, after 20 minutes you agree to pay a $40 late fee. After 25 minutes, your appointment is cancelled and your deposit will be non-transferable. There are no extra guests or children allowed during your appointment. Exceptions will be made if they are being serviced or if communicated and agreed upon with your stylists prior to your appointment. By continuing to confirm and book your service, you are agreeing to all booking polices.
