What if my delivery is delayed?

We definitely will deliver your order in time under normal circumstances. While, shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
Can I bleach and/or dye the hair?

Yes, all Royalty bundles can be bleached and colored. However, we strongly advise that you seek a professional colorist to obtain optimal results and prevent over processing.
Can I use the skin oil on both my body and face?

Yes! Our skin oil contains all natural herbs and oils that can benefit by moisturizing and rejuvenating your body, hands and face.
What is virgin hair?

Virgin hair is human hair that is in its natural state. No chemical changes, no color, has not been processed, and all cuticles are intact. All hair sold by Royalty is virgin hair.
Does the beard oil have any chemicals in it?

No, our beard oil is made by hand from the CEO of the company. We only utilize natural herbs and oils. No chemical is used in any essential oil product from our catalog.
How long does this hair last?

Royalty's brazilian extensions can last multiple installs. The lifetime of your extensions depends on how well the extensions are being cared for. On average, our customers have used there extensions for 1-2 years.
